And you'll get to practice your passion in a non-profit, mission-driven organization that's known for the highest level of care in our communitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primary focus on accounting, P&L, Balance sheet and financial analysis reporting plus the implementation Support maintenance of Workday Financials configuration, including setup and functional configuration Work closely with the business teams to understand system pain points, determine root causes, and develop solutions to address short and long-term issues Implement solutions through successful design, development, testing, and deployment with required documentation Support major Workday FIN releases by researching new functionality Communicate, educate, and collaborate with finance and procurement partners on new functionality and continuous improvement opportunities Manage support tickets ensuring thorough, timely work and compliance with documentation procedures in ticket tracking system Leverage business knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvements Design and develop custom reports as required for business users Configure and administer security in compliance with policies and procedures Support Workday Release activities Assists in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS platform upgrades or patches.
Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
Maintains HRMS tables.
Documents process and results.
Provides support for HRMS and Financial platform, including researching and resolving HRMS and financial platform problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
Serves as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.
g.
payroll).
Uses project management skills in managing projects.
May provide overall project management for a given HR or financial initiative.
Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.
Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
Trains clients on new processes/functionality.
Trains new system users.
Maintains awareness of current trends in FIN or HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.
Examines trends in information systems training, materials and techniques.
Through classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms, continuously increases both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge.
Participates in user group meetings/conferences.
Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.
Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Logical Thinking Innovative Communication skills Customer Service Oriented Experience required in multiple Workday modules such as:
Financial Accounting, Projects, Project Billing, Accounts Payable, Expense, Procurement, PRISM and Planning MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
Three to five years of FIN, HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience.
Systems implementation experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as summary plan descriptions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram format.
The ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
