ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Processes new hires, status changes and terminations within defined timeframes.
Responds to general human resource and Workday questions in a courteously and professionally manner Reports work time and business expenses in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Ensures appropriate communication to facilitate prompt approvals.
May maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Creates, develops and updates personnel forms to reflect changes in organization practices as directed.
Generates system reports, monitors activities and follows up with associates for task completion.
Conducts audits of processes to ensure efficiency.
Assists with Annual Open Enrollment in conjunction with and under the leadership of the benefits department.
May assist with benefits and leave of absence questions and follow up as needed.
Reviews accuracy and processes benefit enrollment documents timely.
Ensures compliance with COBRA guidelines by preparing letters and other paperwork as directed; assist with COBRA insurance premium payments as needed.
Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.
Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System.
Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Good oral/written communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Working knowledge of Human Capital Management systems, preferably Workday Ability to maintain confidentiality Interacts professionally, positively and cooperatively with other associates at all levels MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources related field Experience with operating human resource information systems or software programs with Workday being preferred SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram format.
The ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
