Job Description:
Serve as a behavior intervention support for students, collaborate with classroom teachers; ensure that Title I, Part A requirements are met with meaningful and strategic actions to build student success; collaborate with teachers and staff to develop evidence-based interventions to meet student needs; collaborate with Family Engagement Coordinators to provide support to parents so they can become better advocates for their children's education; develop and maintain meaningful relationships; support transition to various settings in the school; support and supervise individual students to assist with meeting their daily goals under the direction of the classroom teacher;

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated leader who can work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies and tools
- Strong knowledge of computers and fundamental technology (i.e. e-learning software, digital media)
- Understands and respects the diversity of families' economic, linguistic, and cultural backgrounds and situations
- Experience working in Title I schools
- Strong understanding of student achievement data
- Ability to speak eloquently to school and/or district leaders
- Ability to work productively with a flexible schedule
- Preferred background working in classrooms
