Sr. Developer - Splunk
We have an immediate opportunity with a large F500 client in the Gray, TN area.
Must Have:
oGood working knowledge of different Splunk components
oExperience in setting up Splunk Forwarders,
oExperience in setting up complex Splunk searches
oExperience in setting up complex Splunk dashboards
oExperience in setting up other requirements such as notifications, scheduled searches, etc
oExperience in implementing REST API Interface for Splunk searches
oNeed to know how to conduct Splunk searches - internal backend understanding (not just user understanding)
oGood command on Linux OS and debugging Linux performance issues
oDeep understanding of Splunk architecture, including deep understanding of the components as well as performance tuning
oAble to write Python and Java scripts
oNeed to know how to administrate Splunk cluster as he will be managing the 1 TB indexing Splunk clusters
