Data Entry Clerk / Technical Support

SUMMARY
Undergeneral supervision performs clerical duties and support in accordance withorganization guidelines and procedures.
ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THEFOLLOWING: Other duties may be assigned.
Accurately enters associate personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database
Enters information in a timely manner.
Processes various forms related to associate personal data and verifies information as needed.
Communicates and corresponds effectively with locations to retrieve and clarify associate data
Courteously and professionally answer and redirect incoming calls.
Generates reports for audit and follows up accordingly
Attends meetings and training as directed by supervisor.
Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
Provides onsite support and travels to various locations as needed
Reports corporate compliance concerns timely
Reports work time and business expenses in accordance with organizational guidelines.
SKILLSAND ABILITIES:
2+ years' experience in HR Records Clerk/ HR preferred
Experience with high volume data entry
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
Intermediate withMicrosoft Office is required and HRIS experience is preferred
EDUCATIONREQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

OTHERTRAINING, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Office and computer skills preferred.

Currentvalid driver's license in good standing

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
